Annual American Exhibition Exhibition Preview

The meeting of the Society will be held at the Art Institute that evening to see the Annual American Exhibition through the eyes of our members. Each room in the gallery has been assigned to a member, who will discuss canvases and give us personal comments and unprofessional candor about them. it will be a gallery "tour" in the grand manner, with a group of guides whose composite point of view should be more enjoyable and more enlightening than that of even the most authorative lecturer. The Annual this year is an "invited" show. Practically every important American painter and sculptor will be represented. Even if you should disagree with some of the likes and dislikes of our guides, you will spend an evening among distinguished paintings that will want to see.
