T.R. Uthco

An unusual program prepared specifically for the Society by T.R. Uthco which can best (or least) be described by quoting from a letter accepting the commission written by Douglas Hall, their spokesman: "The title of the piece will be: "The Artist-President Visits the Society for Contemporary Art." The performance will include the following: 1.) The Artist-President and his entourage will have cocktails and dine with the members of the Society for Contemporary Art. 2.) Following dinner, the Artist-President will give a lectrue on Contemporary Art. 3.) He will also show video tapes and slides of his assassination in Dealey Plaza, Dallas Texas which occured on August 10, 1975.
